Lemon Tree
Plantations

Coffee. Pepper. Areca. Grown in the mist-covered hills of Malnad, the coffee corridor of India’s Western Ghats.

Coffee | Pepper | Areca

Lemon Tree Plantations — known until recently as Yagachi Plantations — is a family-owned estate in Hydur Village, Alur Taluk, Hassan District, Karnataka. We came to this land in 2008, not as inheritors of a dynasty but as people who wanted a piece of the Western Ghats to call their own.

The estate grows Robusta coffee, black pepper, and areca across sixteen named blocks, each shaped by its own terrain and microclimate. The hills here are generous and demanding in equal measure.

This site is a record of our ongoing relationship with the land.
